Payment Before Shipping

At Pet Avenue, all orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, our team will begin preparing your order for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your package is on its way.

Please note that we do not ship orders until payment has been successfully completed. Orders with pending, failed, or declined payments will remain on hold until payment is confirmed.
