Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Other Countries: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather conditions, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Pet food and treats

  • Grooming and hygiene products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
